大使馆最新规定
根据日本大使馆最新要求，目前仅限 通过本社预订团队／行程的客人，可由旅行社协助代为递交签证申请。
其他情况申请者需本人亲自前往大使馆提交材料。

Japan Visa Application Service Update
Updated on 10 November 2025
According to the latest requirements from the Embassy of Japan, only customers who have booked tours or travel packages through our company are eligible for visa submission assistance by the travel agency.
Other applicants must personally submit their visa applications at the Embassy of Japan.
We provide the following services:
Visa appointment: assist in booking submission slots at the Japan Visa Application Centre
Document checklist and format guidance: provide official standard checklists and templates
Document review and verification: check completeness and accuracy of submitted materials
Document delivery: applicants may collect prepared materials at our office or receive soft copies for self-printing
Service fees:
General applicants: S$100 per person (including visa service charge of S$18.5)
Domestic helpers: S$150 per person (including visa service charge of S$18.5)
Japan Embassy visa fees (to be paid directly at the embassy):
Single-entry visa: S$27
Multiple-entry visa: S$53
These fees are collected directly by the Embassy of Japan and not by our company.
